My role as your coach is to provide you with a safe space to explore, be challenged and to open up your thinking.  I am your partner in thinking and accountability on your coaching journey.

I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC).  ICF Credential-holders are part of a self-regulating group of elite coaches who provide accountability to clients and the coaching profession as a whole.  We pursue and complete rigorous education and practice requirements that provide unquestioned legitimacy to our commitment to excellence in coaching.  The ICF Code of Ethics is designed to provide appropriate guidelines, accountability and enforceable standards of conduct for all ICF Members and ICF Credential-holders.

My coaching practice has afforded me the opportunity to coach across a spectrum of professions ranging from a quirky and creative art director to the most astute finance manager; an excitable entrepreneur to an employee of 26 years standing who lives and breathes her organisation.  Each coaching programme is as unique as you are.

I am trained in Integral Theory.  This means that we consider the whole of you.  We look at what is happening for you the individual internally: your thoughts, beliefs and emotions and externally; your actions and behaviour.  We also look at the collective; for example the condition of your relationships and the environments and systems in which you operate.  I practice a holistic style of coaching and use an approach that is both gentle and firm, empathetic and direct.

To begin we schedule an intake session.  I will explain coaching, learn about you to understand your requirements and what prompted you to look for a coach.  Plus I will explain how I feel would be the best way for us to work together and answer any questions you may have.  It is during this meeting or call that we find out if I am a good fit for your coaching journey.

I offer one-on-one sessions and text based support during your coaching programme.  Coaching sessions are conducted online via Zoom video call.
