I AM

I AM.  These are the most powerful words you can say.  The words “I AM” precede any subconscious beliefs you have programmed.  These words inform your body and your mind how and what to feel.  Your outer reality begins to match whatever word you choose.

What are you saying to yourself?  Pay attention – not only to your words, also to your thoughts.  How often do you find yourself saying, “I am sick and tired of…”, I am guilty of…”, I am angry because…” or some variation thereof and which is the opposite of how you really want to feel?  What if you turned it on its head and started saying, “I am happy”, “I am confident”, I am free”.

Every time you use the words “I AM” you are instructing yourself to think, believe and feel a certain way.  You are the only one who can decide on the word that follows after  declaring “I AM”  Choose wisely.  You believe what you tell yourself.

Try these:

  • I AM Love
  • I AM Joy
  • I AM Peace
  • I AM Truth

This doesn’t mean that you ignore the other thoughts and emotions that you’re experiencing.  You are instructing yourself to remember Who You Really Are and declaring to yourself that you are choosing to feel what is true.
