Sometimes when we make bold decisions the fear and anxiety can become crippling. If I am not reminded by someone close to me I remind myself of the commitment I made: “Be Brave with My Life”. I wanted to stop being small. On reflection, this is probably the bravest decision I have ever made. I embarked on an incredible journey. A new journey inwards. Yes, painful at times. I showed my courage and determination and I grew and it can’t be undone.
